This is what I have learned:
No one wants your opinion or advice
until they are ready to ask for it.
No one cares what you think
until they ask you what you think.
But if you keep your thoughts and opinions to yourself,
someone will blame you for not doing something
to avert the disaster that you could see coming.
It's not possible to know everything,
but, based on your past experiences,
it is possible to anticipate a lot.
